PHILLIPE GIOVANNI CHIARELLA, 18, Nottingham: "The reason a lot of young people aren't informed is because sex education is not working. There need to be more innovative ways of targeting young people. Safe sex is not always targeted at young men. It would be good to get talks from a sexual health worker about real situations"

STEPHANIE TELFER, 20, Milton Keynes: "Young people are getting the message, but a lot of them think it's not going to happen to them. Getting help for sexually transmitted infections is rubbish. In Milton Keynes there's a Brook centre, which is easy to access, but how long will it be before it gets backlogged with young people?"
