Young talent on show in Enfield

Young people in north London have showcased their talents as part of an X Factor-style competition.

The Power of Dreams talent show, organised by Enfield Council's community safety unit, Enfield Homes and Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, featured 12 acts across three categories: dancing, singing and rapping.

Tom Prior won the singing competition and MC The Guvnor won in the rap category. Both young people have won a recording session in a professional studio. Athena Periclis and Olivia Watts, or the Echo dance duo, triumphed in the dancing contest. Both will receive free membership to Pineapple Dance Studios. Tottenham Hotspur player John Bostock presented the winners with their awards.
