The training will target participants from across the workforce inShropshire to promote networking and offer managers the opportunity todevelop skills in a multi-agency environment.
It forms part of a workforce strategy for the children's trust, whichwas drawn up to help support the implementation of Every ChildMatters.
All agencies working with children in the county have signed up toit.
It outlines plans to improve recruitment and promote inter-agencyworking.
Michele Leith, head of the human resources service for children andyoung people at the council, said: "It's about linking withorganisations that work with children and embedding a joint approach toworkforce development and training wherever possible."
Going forward, agencies in Shropshire are planning to produce an annualjoint workforce plan.
