Futurebuilders, launched last week by Home Secretary David Blunkett, will support delivery in five specific areas, including children and young people.
The Home Office said no quotas would be set in dividing the funding pot between different fields, but the funding is expected to support 250 organisations over three years.
The other delivery areas are community cohesion, crime, education and learning, and health and social care.
Awards will range from 30,000 to several million, as well as smaller 10,000 development grants. Bids will be accepted from 5 July and applications can be made online at www.
