Mission: Empowering two young men by giving them responsibility for converting a sports facility and running training sessions
Vandalised sports courts on one of the most deprived estates in Beverley in the East Riding of Yorkshire have been given a makeover and turned into a thriving facility for the young people living there.
Adam Gibson and David Butt, both 17, from Molescroft, joined Positive Futures just over two years ago, and turned from being bored teenagers at risk of offending, who just hung around with their mates, to motivated young men who are now helping others in a similar situation to what they were once in.
