
I would place more funding into recycling schemes. A green environment is essential for our future. Looking at the news, many of the stories are about extreme weather conditions, rising sea levels and the extinction of animals - this is a dire sign of the situation we will face.
If recycling schemes were better funded, unemployment levels would decrease because there would be a substantial green industry offering jobs. Also, items would become much cheaper, as the reuse of old ones requires less money spent on new resources.
Finally, to ensure that everybody has the opportunity to reveal their true potential and not be restrained due to their economic situation, funding would be increased in after-school support clubs and smaller classes.
