Young Roots - Stageworks; Lead Agency: Surrey County Arts
Partners: Westfield School, Royal Holloway University, Woking Galleries, Surrey History Centre, Phobic Theatre Company
Project: Young people will research and write three short plays around heritage themes relating to Surrey. These are likely to include an Islamic burial ground, the founder of the School of Oriental and African Studies and a bronze-age settlement in Woking. The project will build towards a live performance in March 2005
