The National Youth Agency: Unlocking the talent

The National Youth Agency's communications director Jon Boagey was one of the speakers at the second national conference on unlocking the talent of children and young people, held in London this week.

The conference explored how national initiatives look at the local level through good practice case studies from the Find Your Talent pilots. Other areas included how to involve young people in the design and delivery of cultural services and how the government is empowering young people to express themselves through film.
