The agency is embarking on an exciting research programme to support its work in developing policies that improve the lives of young people. It wants a highly talented research professional to co-ordinate this initiative and disseminate the findings.
Duties of the role will include preparing briefing papers on research themes, commissioning research and organising the dissemination of findings through publications, seminars and conferences.
This will involve close co-operation with a range of partners, including central and local government, research organisations, academic institutes and community and youth projects.
Experience in consumer research would be a useful asset, as would the ability to make multimedia presentations. In return, you'll enjoy the scope to make a real impact in the field of youth work and youth policy, while developing your own skills and expertise.
