Proposals will be considered for projects to run from 1 April 2005 to 31 March 2006. Grants will normally be in the range of 20 -50K, although the emphasis is on projects that add significant value regardless of size.

The Local Government Association and The NYA will expect projects to provide learning and experience for the benefit of youth work locally, regionally and nationally.
