A panel of 100 young people from across England, all with experience of youth services, will be on hand to enter into dialogues with a managerial audience.
The group has been working with The National Youth Agency to provide constructive, considered and informed contributions.
The two-day summit, being held at the New Connaught Rooms, London on 25 and 26 June, will be hosted by The NYA's chief executive Tom Wylie.
Speakers at the event include Parmjit Dhanda MP, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State, Department for Education and Skills, Paul Coen, chief executive of the Local Government Association, and Barbara Herts, chief executive, YoungMinds.
