The fixed-term contract runs until July 2005 in the first instance and attracts a salary of up to 27,420 per annum. The role is based at our Leicester offices and the postholder will research how the National Framework of Awards in Non-Formal Educational Settings can be embedded across e2e programmes in terms of:
- assessing the contribution of awards to young people's learning;
- ways of assessing achievement;
- facilitating the delivery of a range of awards within e2e;
- establishing a clearer reciprocal relationship between achievement, credit and qualifications.
A minimum of three years' post-qualification research or equivalent professional experience is required, with a PhD or Masters degree in a relevant social science discipline and experience of working on externally funded social research projects.
