Consultancy commissions will be undertaken on a selective basis stemming from these aims and objectives. "However, rather than providing just another consultancy service, The NYA wants to undertake a range of assignments directly involved with improving performance and then share the resulting learning with the field."
The agency is therefore looking for suitable individuals to make up a team of independent consultants who will work under the leadership of a newly appointed organisational development team manager. This is the start of a process that will see The NYA being able to offer a wider service to the youth service sector.
This team of consultants will be drawn in the first instance from independent consultants and practitioners with appropriate organisation-development experience.
