1 min read
Every year, NCB's Library and Information Service commissions experts from NCB and elsewhere to produce eight new papers in the highly regarded Highlights series.

Highlights are comprehensive summaries of key research findings on a wide range of topics. Each one features an extensive bibliography or summaries of influential reports and legislation.

The series began in 1973 with the Halsey Report. Most of the 253 issues can be downloaded from the Members' Area of the NCB website.

This Highlight provides an overview of the indicators used to research and measure the wellbeing of children from birth to age eight. The paper provides an overview of the four key domains of young children's wellbeing and a review of key indicators and measures.
