But the agency is keen to attract more applications from practitioners and face-to-face workers alongside those that have been received from a more senior level. Chief executive Fiona Blacke said: "We're really keen to attract highly skilled frontline practitioners in either the statutory or voluntary sector. If you get great feedback from service users and you know your practice is cutting edge then you're just the sort of person we want."
