The Ferret: Cafcass leak sparks Twitter newsflash

News reaches Ferret of a mole in the Cafcass ranks.

In June, long-standing chief executive Anthony Douglas had just announced to the staff that he was planning to leave the organisation in March 2019, only for the news to appear on social media within five minutes. To make matters worse, the tweet announcing the news appeared on the Fathers4Justice Twitter feed, under the banner EXCLUSIVE BREAKING NEWS. Fathers4Justice have been a long-standing critic of Douglas and Cafcass, and left him in no doubt how they felt about his departure: "He leaves a legacy of failure and fatherlessness". Ferret knows how difficult it is to catch moles, so wishes Cafcass luck in its hunt.
