Talking Point - How aware are young people of health issues such as swine flu?

2 mins read Youth Work
With pupils in UK schools showing symptoms of swine flu, it is an ideal time for youth workers to discuss the implications major health issues have for young people

The government has begun a major promotional push to warn every home in the UK about swine flu. From this month, a UK-wide leaflet drop is being organised, offering further information about the disease and advice on how to prevent its spread.
