"I would like to see my mum more often and would like to see my socialworker more regularly so that I can talk to her about contact," said12-year-old Ellen.
Susan, 13, whose family fosters, said: "Sometimes I have to stay out ofthe living room or go upstairs because the foster children have familyvisiting. I don't mind but it would be nice if the social worker askedhow I felt."
Ena Fry, the network's development worker, said: "Young people want tobe consulted and they want more contact with a range of relatives."
The research was paid for by Y Speak, a scheme that awards grants tohelp young people tell decision makers their views.
