The centre is an initiative to improve standards of practice and outcomes for children and young people in residential child care in England and has been running for nearly two years. The survey will evaluate what has been achieved and find out what else users want from it.
The survey will ask the centre's users how useful its website is, which of the national occupational standards the centre should focus on and how well the centre meets service needs.
Manager Jonathan Stanley said: "We will be pleased if the evaluation confirms, by evidence, all the good things that people say about us. It currently seems the centre is an established part of the sector for children's services and respected by policymakers, providers and young people."
