Scotland: Bill's loophole to be closed by MSPs

Scottish ministers want to amend the Protection of Children Bill after finding a possible loophole.

The legislation includes measures to create a list of adults who have been deemed unsuitable to work with children.

The amendment is being considered by the Scottish Parliament's Justice Committee.
