Bristol young people create DVD.

Funding: £14,000 from Bristol City Council road safety department, Avon Fire & Rescue and Avon and Somerset Constabulary

Aim: To prevent young people from getting involved in car crime

Young people from Bristol have got together to create a hard-hitting DVD warning about the dangers of getting involved in car crime and antisocial behaviour.

The DVD was the brainchild of the Bristol Youth Offending Team (YOT) and was created in collaboration with Avon Fire & Rescue Service, Avon and Somerset Constabulary, film company Streetscenes and Bristol City Council's road safety team.

The aim of the film is to guide young people away from car crime by showing them the impact it has on individuals and communities.
