CCTV cameras filmed cars swerving to pass a woman lying face down with her head in a gutter in Cray Road, Sidcup in southeast London. The bus driver who did stop to help found that she was bleeding and unconscious. She may have been mugged.

Invite young people's views on what was going through the minds of those who drove past. Were they too busy to help? Do they assume it is someone else's responsibility? Were they worried that the person might be a drug user or connected to crime in some way? Might they have seen her as a potential threat?
