Resources: Talking point - Should the UK have nuclear weapons?

1 min read

If the UK wants to have nuclear weapons in the future, it needs to plan replacements for its four elderly Trident missile submarines and their 48 nuclear warheads. Invite young people's views on the principle. Should the UK have its own nuclear weapons? Who will they deter from doing what to whom?
