Resources: Review - Unravel the jargon and put policy intopractice

2 mins read

It's tough enough for those managerial types who are actually paid to go to the meetings, read all the documents and get their heads round big policy drivers such as Every Child Matters. Part-time staff, volunteers and others who don't have that luxury can struggle to work out what it's all about.

It doesn't include Next Steps, unfortunately, but you can't plan your own publishing programme around the publishing vagaries of government departments - that way madness lies. The five Every Child Matters outcomes are laid out clearly in simple graphics along with the 25 associated aims.
