Child Protection - Edition 2

This guide forms part of the Law Made Simple series, which also covers legislation such as the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and the Children Act 1989. This second, enlarged edition covers issues such as the responsibilities of different agencies and best practice in child protection, and updates guidance revised by the Government since the first edition was published. The series offers simple explanations of laws and guidance on subjects relating to children and families.
