This workbook aims to help those working with children teach positivethinking. Simple exercises encourage children to think about anynegative views they may have about themselves and address them. Eachchapter looks at a particular problem, for example jumping toconclusions. There are fun activities as well as exercises to summarisewhat has been learnt and children can work towards becoming a SuperWizard Thinker.

Its format is easy to follow and begins with what you can do at any age.It then progresses in age, ending with your rights and responsibilitiesat 21. Although most of the booklet is in bullet point form, withillustrations, it takes an in-depth look at complicated subjects such aslegal aid.
