Boxer Amir Khan, 19, and 22-year-old Paul McDonald, helped Network Rail launch a series of free events last week to encourage 10- to 15-year-olds to stay away from railway lines. Paul lost his arm when he was 12 after being pulled beneath a train and dragged along the tracks. The No Messin' Live road show comprises three zones: sport, games and music, with activities including DJ lessons, skateboarding, martial arts and computer games. The activities at the road shows will be run by local youth clubs and the road shows will take place in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Cardiff, Rochdale, Crawley, Wolverhampton, Stockton, Gorton, Wandsworth and Enfield.
