Hurrah! Does this mean our ship has finally come in? Not just yet. Some people may have the idea that Gordon Brown looked down the back of the nation's sofa and found squillons in "unclaimed assets" - money that just appears to have been forgotten about - and that he decided to splurge it all on a building boom for youth services not seen since the "Albemarle" days of the early 1960s. That could, to a degree, still happen - let's hope there's news in this week's Budget.
