E-learning? I think we need a definition first please. Simple - if someone is learning in a way that uses information and communication technology, then it's e-learning. Could be primary school kids using an interactive game, young people in a youth centre teaming up via the internet with peers in Latin America for a fair-trade project, or a youth and community work student surfing on to the excellent ypnmagazine.com web site to research material for their dissertation.
Let me guess - only the first of these examples came from the Department for Education and Skills strategy, right? Technically, yes that's true.
