PARTICIPATION: Congress demands bigger say for teens

The Casablanca Declaration calls for the creation of national youth forums in every country and the establishment of a World Youth Forum. Discrimination on the basis of race, religion and gender is condemned by the declaration.

But the Scottish Youth Parliament later voted against it because an equality clause did not include sexual orientation and disability.
