Opinion: If I were in charge of my hospital, Muhammad Miah, 12,Great Ormond Street Hospital

1 min read
I would make the whole hospital bigger and some of the rooms bigger.

But I really like the hospital school and all of the doctors are reallygood. The doctors and nurses would have a timetable that they stick toso that you don't have to miss out on hospital school. The wardplayrooms would be more appealing to older kids and there would be morechannels on TV.

The hospital staff would keep the parents happy, because they aren'tvery happy when their kids are ill and in here. There would be a canteenservice for parents that can't leave their children, like when they arein intensive care. There would be more staff nurses and I would changethe curtains.

I would change the way that the pharmacy works so that there are more ofthem around the hospital, like at home when there is more than one on aroad. I would have even more play specialists and a buzzer or a flashinglight for kids who can't get out of bed, but want to call a playspecialist.
