Offenders design anti-crime posters

Youth Work
Teenagers in Tower Hamlets have designed a series of posters warning young people about what happens if they get involved in crime.

The designers, who have all been in trouble themselves, created the posters as part of a community reparation scheme. The posters will be displayed in youth clubs and council buildings across the borough.

The reparation scheme is run by Tower Hamlets Council in partnership with design agency Get Right!. Shakid, 17, one of the members of the group, said: "The project went really well, because it kept me out of the streets and I met new people."
