It is building on its relationship and understanding of the needs of both the delivery field and policy makers and strengthening its offer, putting in place staffing structures that will make it more responsive, efficient and fit for purpose.
"These are times of huge opportunity for us," Fiona Blacke, NYA's chief executive, said.
