The agency aims to work with four pilots from across all integrated youth support services, aiming for four different models, to enable a wider range of experience and testing of the tool.
"We have been helped in the first instance by some testing with West Sussex IYSDS, which we would like to build on with further testing using different models," said Sue Quinn, national programme manager for the project at the NYA.
"We aim to do this through involving colleagues from integrated youth support and development services between November 2009 and February 2010 in three ways - opening a dialogue with and between integrated youth support and development services with four different models; working with the four pilots to identify key issues; and supporting improvement."
