The Give and Take project helps disadvantaged young people in Northern Ireland aged 16 to 21 with personal development and helps them find work placements.
The two-year graduate scheme is funded by 160,000 from the Oak Foundation.
It aims to work with 18- to 25-year-olds who have left the project but still need help.
Koulla Yiasouma, director of Include Youth, said: "Some of the young people who have been coming to Give and Take have learning difficulties, mental health issues or suffer from Asperger's syndrome. They often come back to us because they find it hard to keep a job and there's nowhere else safe for them to go."
