The Scottish Executive has promised to tackle pupil-on-pupil aggression, as a survey of teachers' perceptions of discipline in schools revealed this was a key concern. The survey also found that although a minority of teachers experienced physical aggression each week, most described the majority of pupils as easy to deal with. www.scotland.gov.uk.
