The SEF, the national authority on SRE in England, and the UK Youth Parliament are calling on young people aged 16 and above to give their views and their feedback will contribute to the government's review of SRE.
The survey asks which topics were covered in school SRE and if they were taught as much as they needed. It asks when would be the best age to start teaching about topics such as relationships and making decisions. It also asks young people to comment on whether they think the teachers who taught them SRE knew enough to teach the subject well.
Kate Parish, a member of the UK Youth Parliament, said: "This online survey builds on our campaign for statutory sex and relationships education in schools. It is a fantastic opportunity for young people to get involved in and help shape government policy."
