Here we interview Jeremy Webster, NCB's HR director:
- Why do organisations share NCB's HR services?
In some cases, the charity is not large enough to justify its own HR or it might just need extra help to implement certain policies or a particular project. Charities draw on our expertise, knowing we work very hard at keeping up to date in the continually shifting world of employment regulation.
- How is this different from hiring a consultant?
NCB's mission to partner with others means we support long-term relationships. It helps that I talk the language of children's charities and take into account the unique culture. We also offer services we are particularly proud of, such as the involvement of children and young people in interviews.
