Hear By Right - Bite-Sized and Badgeable half-day training sessions will teach youth workers and others working with young people how to build participation throughout the organisation.
The interactive sessions are based on the Hear by Right framework, which is widely used by local authorities, the police, primary care trusts and voluntary and community organisations, to improve policy and practice in young people's participation.
The events will also introduce the new Hear by Right Award, which has been developed by the National Youth Agency to enable organisations with good participation practice to achieve national recognition for their work.
Richard McKie, National Youth Agency programme manager, said: "The events will provide participants with the skills and confidence to ensure youth participation is done right and good practice is recognised through the ability to secure an externally validated award.
