Two conferences will celebrate 10 years of disability work at Children in Wales.
Alison John, an experienced consultant and trainer in the field of inclusion and challenging disabilism, will be the keynote speaker for the conferences. There will also be a presentation on how Children in Wales is influencing policy for disabled children and a representative from Disabled Children Matter Wales will discuss the campaign's success and future plans. Workshops will be available on developing the Early Support programme in Wales and helping young disabled people make a successful transition to adulthood. The conferences will be on 28 January in North Wales and 12 February in South Wales.
