Making Space 2

Following the success of its international Making Space programme in 2005, Children in Scotland is delighted to announce Making Space 2, organised in association with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, Children in Europe and the Scottish Government.

Making Space 2 will revisit the first programme and place emphasis on the importance of a positive environment for children's learning, creativity and confidence. It will include an international conference, aimed at architects and those involved in planning projects in local authorities and communities, and study visits showcasing examples of Scottish architecture for young children, which will take place in October 2010.
