NCB Now: NCB gets thumbs up from members

More than 200 members provided feedback on the charity's services, with 97 per cent of respondents saying they would recommend membership to colleagues and friends.

One respondent described NCB as being "helpful and reliable" as well asproviding "accessible information".

Julie-Ann Roszkowski from East Anglia Children's Hospice was the luckymember picked at random from survey participants to win a bottle ofchampagne.

"The feedback will be used to refine our services so we can continue tomeet and exceed our members' needs," said Hannah Luddington, marketingmanager at NCB.
