More than 100 members provided feedback on the charity's services, with many citing it as a useful source of information.
One respondent described NCB as "a quality organisation, providing relevant information and good updates".
Lucky member Lindsay Henretty from the Children in Cheshire care team was picked at random from respondents to win a bottle of champagne.
"We are delighted with the positive response," said Hannah Luddington, marketing manager, NCB."The feedback will be used to improve our services so that we can continue to meet the needs of our members."
