NCB Now: NCB asks for its members' views

NCB is asking its members for feedback in a survey included with the quarterly member update, out this week. The survey aims to explore views on existing benefits and possible future services.

"We want to hear what our members think to ensure that we offer the bestservice possible," said Hannah Luddington, NCB's manager of membershipand marketing.

NCB membership benefits include weekly copies of Children Now, theopportunity to sign up to email news and policy bulletins, and free useof NCB's library services.

The questionnaire takes around 10 minutes to complete and one luckyrespondent will receive a bottle of champagne.
