Sally Bamsey, manager of NCB's Children's Residential Care Unit, will chair a seminar presented by Bob Holman on building relationships in the community at the FICE (Federation Internationale des Communautaires Educatives) 2004 Congress in Glasgow on 8-10 September. The conference, Creating A Place For Children, will be hosted by the Scottish Institute for Residential Child Care and FICE Scotland.
