Improving the outcomes for children in care is a goal shared by all practitioners, managers and carers involved with looked-after children, and is also central to legislation and government policy.
The Looked After Children Practice Exchange Network seminars, taking place across the country on various dates from October to January 2010, offer delegates the opportunity to reflect on how to improve practice with children in care, discuss issues with colleagues and gain a clear understanding of the regional picture.
Each participant and local authority attending these seminars will be provided with a summary briefing.
