NCB and the Children's Legal Centre have established a reference group to advise on their joint child impact assessment project.
The organisations received a two-year grant earlier this year to carry out analysis of proposed legislation to determine its likely impact on children.
Chaired by Baroness Massey of Darwen, the reference group comprises 10 leading figures with expertise in the children, family and parenting sectors, human rights and research.
