So far this year, Ed Polley cycled 250 miles from London to Paris, Lucy Williams and Lisa Bodur participated in the London Virgin marathon and Sam Davies competed in the Isle of Man marathon. In June, Lyndsay Tann completed a sky dive from 10,000 feet.
Later this year NCB staff member, Chris Bates, will cycle 300 miles across northern Vietnam, for eight days from Hanoi to Sapa. Chris comments: "I am keen to start training on my new bike and also looking forward to the culinary delights of Vietnam when I get there."
