This year's Anti-Bullying Week campaign takes place on 15 to 19 November. The theme of the week is working together to stop bullying and our campaign slogan is "Taking action together".
ABA wants everyone in the community, parents, carers, teachers, and children and young people to work together to create a society where bullying is not tolerated and where everyone responds to bullying quickly and appropriately. We know that bullying can be fuelled by the action or lack of action of the bystander. This might be a child or adult who sees bullying but doesn't take action, a parent who offers little support or a school or community setting that doesn't take positive steps to prevent bullying.
