RUNNERS AIM TO RAISE POUNDS 7,000

NCB would like to give a huge thank you to the 32 runners who took partin the British 10k London Run on Sunday 2 July, and also to those whocouldn't run but made generous donations to NCB in their absence.

Despite the fact that it was more than 30 degrees in the centre ofLondon last Sunday, many of the runners managed to complete the coursein well under an hour, beating a few personal bests.

Among the runners were individuals from some of NCB's corporatepartners: Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Turner Broadcasting and VirginTrains. There were also a number of employees from Tuckerman EstateAgents as well as David Meech, NCB's office services co-ordinator.
